Sphinx’s Secret Identity And Age – The Great Cover-Up From Ancient Egypt

Have you ever pondered that the Great Sphinx of Giza may be a colossal lion?

Lions are featured in numerous ancient writings, and in many ancient cultures, lions represented major gods. In terms of identity, purpose, and age, this idea looks to be a good fit with Sphinx.

The Sphinx has been considered a protector of the dead since its discovery.

The Sphinx’s head is that of a human, but its form and size are completely out of proportion. According to another mythology, the Sphinx was a dog, a representation of the deity Anubis.

Simultaneously, the Sphinx might have been facing Sirius, which is a popular theory since it is linked to the idea or mythology that humanity has been visited by gods from that constellation in the past.

The concept of the Sphinx being a lion was conceived by Anthony West. West also claimed that the Sphinx is far older than originally assumed.

Finally, new evidence suggests that the Sphinx was formerly encompassed by a lake. The presence of this lake seems to have been concealed in order to keep the Sphinx’s real age and identity disguised.
